I just wanted to comment on how satisfied I was with the work Advanced did on my foundation repair this week.

In particular, I was extremely pleased with the efficient hard working crew that came to my house.  They were on time, prepared and very thorough in the work they did.  They were polite and courteous to my family and I could sense their understanding that this was a home with a family that was relying on their help.  They were concerned with getting the job done right because the work they do matters!

Plus, they didn’t have a problem with me poking my head around their site due to my curiosity in the process.  They put everything back in order before they left.  You couldn’t even tell anything had been done which pleased my wife (and neighbors I assume)!  I saw immediate improvement in my house with the realignment of separated mortar and the elimination of “ghost” doors.

I would HIGHLY recommend Advanced Foundation Repair to anyone in need of home adjustment. Thanks for the “solid” repair with excellent customer service!

You have done a number of jobs for us in the past and we have been very happy and proud of your work and your integrity. Recently we had a problem arise, and I called for your help again.

You sent a young man, Jeffry J. Ellison to investigate our problem. He was very thorough and very informative. His manners and demeanor are impeccable. After his investigation he told us that our problem was not a foundation problem and that we should probably look to a competent roofing company.

He was correct. After leaving we opened up the ceiling and discovered the problem. Jeffry would not let me pay him, however he was so kind and helpful that I felt your company should know what a jewel you have in this young man. I’ve been dealing with businesses for forty-eight years as a pastor, and your company and constituents are top drawer.

I wanted to let you know that we were relieved and satisfied with how well our foundation repair went last Friday. It was an amazing process to watch. A little disconcerting to actually see/feel your house move, but incrementally it was very carefully done.

Your crew and particularly your foreman was very diligent and hardworking. They did a great job of minimizing the impact of the work on our house and landscaping. We appreciated their efforts. On another note, please forward a warranty document for my file. I want to keep up with it along with all our other important house documents.

You and your crew did a great job. Yes you had some set backs, major ones – yet it all came together. The rain was unbelievable – must have been 3 or 4 inches in the 1st hour. And then the blowing out the sides of the trench was a sight to behold – what a mess — but you guys handled yourselves well, kept us informed, recovered like champions and did a great job.

I am sure you fight this type of soil everyday Tony. I don’t know how you do it. You and your crew are to commended.

Owning a home for over 40 years, one will need the help and service of many people in the repair and maintenance business.

We have never in all this time, had any company or individual do a better job than the people we had contact with in your company.  The workmen were very business-like and certainly wanted to please us.  The work was done quickly and efficiently, and with a minimum of disruptions, to our property. Most important, they left the yard and our home much cleaner than could be expected.
